I bought Courses 1 - 3 and was very impressed how simple it was to learn from. I just purchased the 4th (fondant) but have not received it as yet. Really and truly great books for us beginners and my Instructor seems to agree. Loved the images and the step by step instructions. Very informative. Don't just buy one Course - buy them all. This is a great book to follow through with all the lessons taught in course 1. Though I'm not interested in working with fondant, this book still has new techniques for me. I'm looking forward to learning enough to make beautiful cakes for special occasions.Customer Review: Wonderful!

This book is nice. It has recipes for different cakes and icings. It shows you step by step how do the flowers and different borders. I reccommend this book if you like to decorate cakes.
