I have really enjoyed using this pan for Christmnas baking. I found that any loaf recipe that yields a 9x5 loaf, will make 9 mini loaves in this pan. Just perfect for individual serving, snacking, and putting into gift packs. It would be very good for bake sale items.
I have, however, had trouble finding the paper liners for the pan in local stores and even on-line. Only place so far has been the Wilton website.
