Worked perfectly with Chocolate pro fountain and tasted great. We used it for an employee event and it was so easy. No need to add oil as with other brands. Great tip: Instead of microwaving (wih constant surervision) we melted them in a large crock pot that morning and then kept on warm until time for the event. The only thing I would change: The chocolate didn't "set" like a shell coating as we had expected but it was still fabulous.Customer Review: Good chocolate

Ordered this chocolate for a party we were having. Taste was great and texture smooth. It took awhile to melt it in the microwave because you have to nuke it in 40 second intervals and then knead it. Still, better than melting chocolate chips in a double boiler and adding oil! I realized after I bought this and paid to ship it that they carry this product at Michaels! Oh well, saved me a trip I guess.Customer Review: Not the best chocolate!

This product was disappointing! I have purchased other brands in the past that worked great but this one didn't flow smoothly and wasn't the best tasting. Shop around!
