We purchased the Wilton Pastry Wheel to cut pasta dough into shapes. We have used it a couple of times, and we are very pleased. The dough did not stick to the wheel at all and it neatly cut our dough into the shapes we wanted.Customer Review: multitask

This pastry wheel is well constructed and is what one should expect. I like to choose my kitchen tools on the basis of what they can do and at what cost. I see no drawbacks to this tools.
