I bought this fondant because I was making my first fondant cake and wanted something easy. I was quite scared to try this particular brand because I've read so many reviews saying how terrible it tastes. I have to say that I do not agree with that at all. It smelled bad when I took it out of the package, however, after working with it in powdered sugar, that all went away. Other than that, it is delightfully easy to work with and takes color very well.
